A five-star resort popular with families The Royal Caribbean is located on a pristine stretch of beach. Its two-bedroom master suites sleep six are fully equipped and have large ocean-view terraces. One-bedroom suites and rooms are also available. Amenities include pools tennis courts gym mini spa restaurant coffee shop lobby bar food to go counter shops tour desk car rental and activities for children teens and adults. The resort also looks out over the Cancun Maya Museum.

Directions

Cancun Intl It is a 20-minute drive to The Royal Caribbean from Cancun International Airport. When leaving the airport access road follow the signs to the Zona Hotelera Hotel Zone. Once you are in the Hotel Zone you ll first drive east towards the ocean and then turn left at Punta Nizuc. You ll then head north along Boulevard Kukulcan through the Hotel Zone passing Playa Delfines on your right and El Rey archaeological site a golf course and Nichupte Lagoon on your left. The Royal Caribbean is located at Km 17 behind the Cancun Maya Museum. Take the turnoff right at Km 16.5 next to the Omni Hotel and opposite Captains Cove restaurant the resort is next to The Royal Islander.

Recreation

Families will enjoy the beach at The Royal Caribbean where beach activities include volleyball and sand castle building. There are sun loungers and thatched palapas for shade. There is a large pool and a separate childrens pool which are heated during the winter.Pool activities include water aerobics pool volleyball and snorkeling demonstrations. The daily resort activity program features yoga aerobics crafts and beach fun.
