Direction to the Property from Airport EWR - Take the I-78 East ramp toward I-95 North/Holland Tunnel/New York City. Merge onto I-78 Express East-partial toll road. After passing through the tunnel into Manhattan, make a slight left onto Beach street. Keep left at the fork in the road to continue on Beach Street. Make a slight left onto West Broadway and another slight left onto Avenue of the Americas. Turn right onto West 23rd Street and left onto Madison Avenue. The hotel will be on the right. Direction to the Property from Airport JFK - Take the ramp toward Airport Exit/Other Terminals. Merge onto the JFK expressway North then onto I-678 N/Van Wyck Expressway North toward Return To Terminals/Long Term Parking/Rental Car Return. At exit 12B merge onto I-495 West/Long Island Expressway West toward Midtown Tunnel. Keep left to take I-495 West toward Midtown Tunnel/Manhattan-partial toll road. After passing through the tunnel into Manhattan, take the exit toward 34th Street and turn right onto 34th Street. Turn left onto Park Avenue South and right onto East 23rd Street. Take the first right onto Madison Avenue and the hotel will be on the right. Direction to the Property from Airport LGA - Take Grand Central Parkway West to exit 4 for the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and merge onto the expressway toward I-278 West/Staten Island. Merge onto the Brooklyn Queens Expressway/Queens Midtown Expressway South. Take exit 35 for I-495/Long Island Expressway toward Midtown Tunnel/Eastern LI/Greenpoint Avenue.
