Originally two Regency town houses the Grade II listed Grange hotel has retained its period charm whilst enhancing its appeal with modern day luxuries. Built with Doric porticos and side by side both of the original arched doorways open into a single lobby where the grandeur continues. Inside is an original sweeping staircase with ornate cast iron balustrade period piece antiques and luxurious Regency style decor.All 36 en-suite bedrooms have flat screen LCD TV hospitality tray laptop safes and luxury toiletries from the White Company. For a touch of extra luxury some of the Premier bedrooms have TV in the bathrooms separate walk in showers air conditioning and are located in the new bedroom extension. There are three 4 poster bedrooms two of which are in the main hotel and designed in a rich traditional style whilst the third is located in the new wing and designed in a light contemporary style of whitewashed wood draped with muslin. The hotel also has one suite with a spacious separate lounge.For weddings the hotel offers a choice of romantic rooms for the ceremony from the elegant Library Drawing Room complete with Juliet balcony windows real fires and period piece furnishing the Green Room with large windows on two sides and the Morning Room for smaller gatherings.Free but limited private hotel car park is available at the rear of the hotel and free Wi-Fi is available. Dogs are welcome at a fee and with advanced notice.
