Due to annual maintenance work, our spa area will be affected as follows Hydrothermal-Pools closed Monday, 27 November 2017 until Friday, 1 December 2017 until noon but saunas and steam baths will remain open Indoor Pool closed Monday, 4 December 2017 until Friday, 8 December 2017 until noon but Outdoor Pool will remain open Nestled in the Urseren Valley at the foot of some of the countrys most exhilarating ski slopes, The Chedi Andermatt is the centerpiece of the Andermatt Swiss Alps project, the largest integrated year-round holiday destination currently under development in the canton of Uri, Switzerland. Together with GHM Hotels, renowned Belgian designer Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston International Architects and Planners Ltd, conceptualized the hotels 123 rooms and suites as a blend of contemporary luxury and traditional Alpine architecture. 2 gourmet restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a unique spa and wellness centre are a few of the features of this luxury hotel. In particular, the hotel provides holidaymakers with a holistic ski experience from a dedicated ski living room to services by a team of ski butlers. At an altitude of 1,440 metres between the peaks of Gemmstock and Naetschen, The Chedi lies within walking distance of Andermatts picturesque old town in the majestic Lepontine Alps. 90 minutes by train from Zurich and Lucerne, and 2 hours by train from Milan. As a part of the projects sustainability commitments, The Chedi Andermatt was built to MINERGIE Swiss quality standards, with materials and labor sourced locally.

Directions

Zurich-Kloten From either airport Zurich or Milan take the motorway A2 to Goeschenen. Once you have left the A2 motorway in Goeschenen (Exit 40) and driven towards Andermatt, you will arrive at a roundabout, where you should take the second exit in the direction of Andermatt village.
