The Carlton is a 5-star property in Kodaikanal and is over 90 years old. It was a small hotel earlier and was taken over by the Raheja Group in 1986. The hotel premises expand over an area of four and a half acres of land. The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake with lush green, well manicured gardens.
