Turn RIGHT onto HIGHWAY BLVD US-18-US-71. Continue to follow US-18-US-71. 2.0 miles. Turn RIGHT onto 11TH ST SW US-71. 0.1 miles End at 209 11th St SW Spencer, IA 51301-5835 Direction to the Property from East - From East on Hwy 18 and 71 join on South side at light, go straight taking 71 South at light for 2 blocks, turn right to Frontage Road. Sign is visible from the road. Direction to the Property from North - From North on Hwy 71 and West on Hwy 18. Go thru town at South intersection of Hwy 18 and 71 by Matt Furniture, turn right continuing on 71 South about 2 blocks. We are on the right hand side on Frontage Road across from Burger King.
