corporate/transient - hotel - limited service year built - 1990 additional property description - located on the white sands of panama city beach, the sugar sands inn and suites is convenient to many local activities including scuba diving, boating, and fishing. Guests can also enjoy visiting shipwreck island waterpark, zoo world, fantastic shopping at the new pier park outdoor mall, or golfing at one of many award-winning courses in our area. Spring break guests must be 18yrs old and a refundable cash deposit of 300usd is required for march. This magnuson hotels affiliate offers spacious rooms with kitchenettes, free wireless internet, outdoor pool and hot tub, and a beautiful view of the gulf of mexico. Please note that the front desk hours are 6am - 8 30pm central time. If you expect to arrive later than 8 00pm, please contact the hotel in advance to make arrangements. Guests must be at least 25 yrs old to register during the regular season or 18yrs old during spring break only.
