Reno/Tahoe Cannon Intl Airport - Squaw Valley USA is just 42 miles from Reno NV and it generally takes about 1 hour to drive. - Take Interstate 80 WEST into California and on to Truckee. - Take the Highway 89 SOUTH Exit towards Lake Tahoe/Tahoe City/Squaw Valley. - Follow Highway 89 SOUTH 8 miles to the Squaw Valley Rd. Exit. Turn RIGHT and follow Squaw Valley Rd. to the base of the mountain.

Reno/Tahoe Cannon Intl Airport When departing the airport take Highway 395 North Take the I-80 exit west following the Sacramento signs Travel on I-80 West for about 30 miles to Truckee Once in Truckee take the Highway 89 exit south following the signs for Squaw Valley and Tahoe City After 8 miles on Highway 89 turn right at the stop light onto Squaw Valley Rd where the Olympic rings and torches are located Follow Squaw Valley Road two miles The road will make a sharp left turn and just head to the ski area Turn right at the stop sign onto Squaw Peak Rd located between the Cable Car building and PlumpJack Squaw Valley Lodge is just ahead on the left side of the street Truckee-Tahoe Airport Head southwest on Truckee Tahoe Airport Rd toward CA-267 W N Shore Rd take the first right onto CA-267 W N Shore Rd turn left onto Brockway Rd Old Brockway Rd at the traffic circle continue straight to stay on Brockway Rd Old Brockway Rd turn left onto W River St turn left onto CA-89 S River Rd turn right onto Squaw Valley Rd turn left to stay on Squaw Valley Rd take the first right onto Squaw Peak Rd lodge on left
