The Hotel was constructed in 2002 and was remodeled in 2013. The hotel offers public areas with a lovely decoration where they can find a library with daily newspapers and a TV lounge for relaxing. Rooms are spacious and contemporary in design. All have air conditioning/ cable plasma TV/ Free WI-FI/ minibar with free water bottles and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests have free use of the gym and steam room/ as well as the terrace in summer. The breakfast room offers a fully renovated quality buffet with hot and cold food. Sercotel AB Rivas Hotel is situated near the centre of Madrid. It has been renovated in 2013. This hotel is situated a few minutes of Warner Bros Park. Directions

Direction to the Property from Airport MAD - The best combination to reach the hotel from the airport by public transport is to take line 8 to the station Colombia and below line 9 to Rivas Futura/ the metro is a 5 minute walk. Direction to the Property from Atocha station - From the Atocha station/ the customer can take bus 14 to the Conde de Casal Square and then take the number 331 for Rivas Futura/ this will let you near the hotel.
