Southwest Florida Intl Airport From the Southwest Florida International Airport-Follow Terminal Access Road out of the airport and turn right onto Treeline Avenue Extension. Continue on Treeline Avenue for approximately 2.5 miles and turn left onto Daniels Parkway. Drive under the I-75 overpass and continue straight ahead crossing US 41 to Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin and continue 10 miles to the Sanibel Causeway 6.00 bridge toll. Cross the Causeway and continue straight ahead through the four-way stop at Periwinkle Way.
