Peretola By plane - Amerigo Vespucci airport is just 5 km from the center of Florence. Take a taxi to the San Gallo Palace, it s about a 15 minute trip. The shuttle bus from the airport to the Santa Maria Novella train station is a convenient alternative, you can take a taxi from there and it s no more than a 10-minute trip By train - When you arrive at the Santa Maria Novella train station, we recommend that you take a taxi or bus number 1 towards Piazza della Liberta By car - Coming from the North, the recommended exit is Firenze Nord- after you exit, follow the signs for the -Centro- and -Viali di Circonvallazione- and then continue on towards Fortezza da Basso and Piazza della Liberta., turn left at the stoplight and skirt the piazza, at the next stoplight, turn left again and you will find the San Gallo Palace at 100 meters on the right Coming from the South, the recommended exit is Firenze Sud- follow the signs for the -Center- and -Viali di Circonvallazione- to Piazza della Liberta. When you reach Piazza della Liberta, turn right at the stoplight and you will find the Hotel San Gallo Palace immediately on your right
