Springwoods Village is located at the confluence of I-45, the Hardy Toll Road, and the Grand Parkway which makes it convenient to travel to destinations close by like Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Old Town Spring, Wet n Wild Splashtown, George Bush Intercontinental Airport, several Sports Complexes and other fortune 500 companies in our area.

Directions

Direction to the Property from Airport CXO - Take I-45 South to exit 72A. Exit freeway to Springwoods Village Parkway. Turn right onto Springwoods Village Parkway. Continue to Holzwarth Road. At Holzwarth Road turn left. Turn left again at second street, hotel in immediately ahead. Direction to the Property from Airport DWH - Turn out of hotel parking lot and turn left on Holzwarth Road, take Holzwarth road to Spring Stuebner Road. Turn right on Spring Stuebner Road. After approximately 1.5 miles turn left onto Falvel Road. At Farm to Market Road 2920 turn right. Continue on FM 2920 to Stuebner Airline Road, turn left on Stuebner Airline Road. David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport will be on the right. Direction to the Property from Airport HOU - Start out going east on Airport Blvd toward Broadway St. Turn LEFT onto Broadway St. Turn slight Left onto Gulf Fwy. Merge onto I-45 North via the ramp on the left. Take exit for Spring Stuebner/Hardy Toll Road, 70B. Turn LEFT onto Springwoods Village Parkway. You will continue through 4 stoplights /Energy Dr, Lake Plaza, Spring Pine Forest, and the first Holzwarth Road/. Get into the first left turning lane and turn LEFT onto the 2nd Holzwarth Road. Immediately take the first LEFT turn into the median /Harper Woods Community is the right/. The Residence Inn is in front of you. Direction to the Property from Airport IAH - Take I-45 North from the airport terminal. On I-45 North take the Spring Stuebner/Hardy Toll Road exit, 70B. Continue on frontage road to Springwoods Village Parkway stop sign. Turn LEFT onto Springwoods Village Parkway. You will continue through 4 stop lights /Energy Dr, Lake Plaza, Spring Pine Forest, and the first Holzwarth Road/. Get into the left turning lane and turn LEFT onto the 2nd Holzwarth Road.
