The Hotel was constructed in 1998 and was remodeled in 2014. Welcome to the Residence Inn Greenville hotel Our newly renovated, all-suite property is located off I-85 just minutes from the Greenville Spartanburg Airport /GSP/, downtown Greenville, Bon Secours Wellness Arena, TD Convention Center, Bob Jones University, Furman University and the BMW Plant. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and retail stores, and for the golfer in the family hit the links at one of the many beautiful area golf courses. Spacious Studio, One, or Two Bedroom Suites offers amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and large work station with free high speed internet access. We hope our guests take advantage of the daily complimentary hot breakfast buffet, Monday through Wednesday evening Residence Inn Mix socials, fitness center, outdoor pool, patio with grill and fire pit, Sports Court, and our 24-hour Market to enhance their experience at our property. Direction to the Property from Airport GSP - Take I-85 South to Greenville. Exit 54 Pelham Rd and turn right. 1/2 mile and make a right onto Milestone Way beside the Ruby Tuesdays restaurant. Residence Inn is on the right.
