The Hotel was constructed in 1996 and was remodeled in 2016. The Residence Inn by Marriott Chattanooga hotel is ideal for any traveler looking in the downtown Chattanooga area- whether youre staying overnight or looking for extended-stay accommodations. Our hotel is located right in the heart of downtown and is one of the only pet friendly hotels in downtown Chattanooga. Some of the major attractions near the hotel include the Tennessee River and Coolidge Park. Or, take the easy walk to the Tennessee Aquarium or the Creative Discovery Museum.
