Inn/Chalet Year Built - 2009 Additional Property Description - Located in beautiful Eugene, OR. Home of the University of Oregon. Walking distance to downtown. Restaurants adjacent. Hotel in ideally situated in an area filled with restaurants and activities. Not far from the hotel are many outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, fishing, and biking. There is a bike path right behind the hotel that goes along the Willamette River.

Direction to the Property from Airport EUG - Go south on Green Hill 5 miles. Left on W11th for 5 miles. Right on Garfield turn left on 13th follow 13th to Hilyard turn left then left at Broadway and we are on the right. Direction to the Property from Airport PDX - From NE Airport Way toward Departures-Ticketing-Check-In-Valet Parking. Keep left at the fork to continue on NE Airport Way. Merge onto I-205 S-E Portland Fwy S-Veterans Memorial Fwy S toward I-84-Portland-Salem. Merge onto I-5 S via the exit on the left toward Salem. Merge onto I-105 W-OR-126 W via EXIT 194B toward Eugene. Take the Coburg Rd exit, EXIT 2, toward Downtown. Keep left to take the ramp toward Downtown-Univ of O. Merge onto Coburg Rd. Turn slight right onto Mill St-OR-99-OR-126 Bus. Continue to follow OR-99-OR-126 Bus. Turn left onto Ferry St. Ferry St is just past E Broadway. Take the 1st right onto E 8th Ave. Turn right onto Hilyard St. Turn right onto E Broadway. The hotel is on the right.
