The Hotel was constructed in 1972 and was remodeled in 2007. Adjacent to I-5, the Red Lion Hotel Redding is just five minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport via our complimentary airport transportation. The Redding Convention Center, Mt. Shasta Mall and excellent golf courses are nearby with Lake Shasta, Whiskey Town Lake, Mt. Lassen Volcanic State Park, the Sundial Bridge and other local attractions just minutes away. Our 190 elegantly appointed and spacious guest rooms and two suites feature all the amenities you would expect of a first-class hotel. Direction to the Property from Airport RDD - Turn right onto Airport Road. Take highway 44 west into Redding. Exit on the Dana Drive - Hilltop Drive exit. Turn left at the signal onto Dana Drive. Turn left onto Hilltop Drive. The hotel is on the right hand side past the Chevron station. Direction to the Property from Eureka - 150 ml W. From Highway 299 - East - Eureka - Take the Hilltop Drive exit and turn left at the signal. The hotel is on the right hand side past the Chevron Station. Direction to the Property from Redding - 2 ml W. Head south on Market St. toward Shasta St. Turn left onto CA-44 E-Tehama St - signs for I-5. Take Hilltop Dr exit. Turn left onto Hilltop Dr. Direction to the Property from Reno - 197 ml SE. Get on I-80 E from N Center St. Take US- 395 N to CA-44 W in Lassen County. Turn right onto CA-44W. Follow CA-44W to Victor Ave in Redding. Take the Victor Ave exit from CA-44 W. Take Mistletoe Ln to Hilltop Dr. Direction to the Property from Sacramento - 160 ml S. I-5 North - Sacramento - Heading north on I-5 take the Lassen Park-hywy. 44 East - Hilltop Drive exit. Make a right at the bottom of the exit onto Hilltop Drive exit. The hotel is on the right hand side past the Chevron Station
