The Hotel was constructed in 1975 and was remodeled in 2009. Conveniently located off Interstate 35/80, our hotel and conference center is just minutes from downtown Des Moines, Adventureland amusement park, Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino, and the Iowa Events Center.
