Year Built - 1834 Additional Property Description - Stay at our Ramada Resort Grantham located off the A1 Southbound. Amenities include leisure club with a spa, gym, pool, sauna, steam room, jetted hot tub, meeting rooms and onsite restaurant. Rooms provide free WiFi, desk, ironing facilities, safe and TV. Attractions are Arena UK, Belvoir Castle, RAF Waddington and Newark Air Museum. Pets are welcome for a nominal fee.

Direction to the Property from Airport - Heathrow Airport- M25, A405, A414, A1M and A1 to hotel. Gatwick Airport- M23, M25, M11, A14, A1 to hotel. East Midlands Airport A453, A52, A1 to hotel. Manchester Airport- M56, M60, A57, M67, A57, A628, A616, A57, A1 to hotel. Direction to the Property from East - From the A52 Boston, at the Somerby roundabout take the third exit for Grantham and continue past the Prince William of Gloucester Barracks on the right side. At the traffic light go straight to Springfield Road and pass under a railway bridge. At the traffic light on the T junction, turn left on to Harlaxton Road. Continue along the road, pass under the A1 flyover and take the 2nd exit, A1 northbound, Newark. Pass the Boundary Mills and Downtown super stores roundabout, continuing north on the A1 for a further half a mile, continue crossing the southbound A1 dual carriageway, signposted Marston Village, by a Texaco Petrol station. Take this turn and the hotel is 1 mile down the country road, called Toll Bar Road, on the edge of Marston Village. Direction to the Property from North - After you pass Newark on A1 southbound heading towards Grantham, the hotel is about 12 miles. Take the turn on the left hand side and a sign posted for Marston, with Texaco Petrol Station on the left. Follow the country road, called Toll Bar Road, for about a mile and turn left into the hotels car park which is just on the edge of Marston Village. Direction to the Property from South - From London and Stamford - after passing Stamford on the A1 northbound, the hotel is about 30 miles. Staying on the A1 dual carriageway, pass the large roundabout after the A52 turning, with the Boundary Mills and Downtown super stores. Continue north on the A1 for a half mile, crossing the southbound A1 dual carriageway, signposted Marston Village, by a Texaco Petrol Station. Take this turn
