The Hotel was constructed in 1980 and was remodeled in 2013. Conveniently located off the Blue Ridge Parkway, our hotel is near the Biltmore Estate and Winery, Western North Carolina Nature Center, Asheville Civic Center, hiking at Chimney Rock State Park, and restaurants. Refresh at our pet-friendly hotel with free Wi-Fi Internet, free hot breakfast buffet, volleyball court, outdoor pool, laundry and dry cleaning services, meeting rooms and business center. Guest room amenities include refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. Hot tub suites, smoke-free and handicapped accessible rooms are also available. Kids 17 and under stay free.

Directions

Direction to the Property from North - I-26 east Hwy 19/23 to I-240 east to exit 8 first exit, turn left at the end of the ramp , go to next light and turn left again. This will bring you to entrance of River Ridge Market Place - a shopping area. Take a left at McDonalds as if you were going to the drive thru and follow access drive around to the hotel entrance. We are located at the back of the shopping area. Direction to the Property from South - I-74 west which merges with I-26 west to I-40 east-take exit 53B I-240. Follow I-240 west to exit 8- first exit, go straight through the light at the end of the ramp. This will bring you to entrance to River Ridge Market Place., - a shopping area. Take a left at McDonalds as if you were going to the drive thru and follow access drive around to the hotel entrance. We are located at the back of the shopping area.
