The 3 star family guesthouse has 10 rooms and is located on the 4th floor of a palace built in Art Nouveau. Situated in the imperial Georg Coch Square between the Ring Road and Otto Wagners famous Postsparkasse you will find yourself in the heart of the city. The guesthouse was renovated in 2008 carefully following the architectural tradition and the cosmopolitan philosophy of Vienna. All rooms feature a balcony Sat TV free wireless internet connection clock-radio tea and coffee facilities shower parquet floor comfortable beds towel radiators hair dryer desk and sitting area. The guest rooms reception and the breakfast room are all positioned on the same floor. Also available is the possibility to park your car in a public garage in house at a discounted price for guests only. Additional Information Children aged 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children aged 7-14 receive a 50pct reduction. Children over this age will be considered an adult. Please remember to provide the hotel with the 3-digit security code on the back of the credit card. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

Schwechat Exit the airport and head northwest. Continue straight onto Versorgungsstrasse and then turn right at Gac-Strasse. Turn left at Weststrasse and then right to stay on Weststrasse. Turn right at B9-Hainburger Bundesstrasse. Take a slight right and merge onto A4 towards Wien-Partial toll road. Continue on the B227-Schuettelstr. Then turn left at Aspernbrueckeng. Continue on Julius-Raab-Platz and turn right at Georg-Coch-Platz. Turn left at Stubenring and then turn right at Georg-Coch-Platz.
