The Hotel was constructed in 1990 and was remodeled in 2006. Stay with us in a superb Takapuna location Park Lane is a Qualmark 4 Star 32 room boutique motel, fantastically located just 150 metres from beautiful sandy Takapuna Beach with its great views of Rangitoto. Just a short stroll to all of Takapuna s shops, restaurants, cafes and exciting nightspots. WE ARE THE CLOSEST MOTEL TO DEVONPORT. Park Lane is a great place for a longer stay - we have a swimming pool, mini-gym a sauna which has it s own separate showers, guest laundry, dry-cleaning service, guest internet desk and free ample off-street car parking available to all of our guests. We have a Breakfast Room which serves cooked and continental breakfast every morning, and Heat n Eat meals are available as room service in the evening. The complex has a number of different type of rooms available to meet your specific needs, including Standard Studios, Twin-share Studios, Family Studios and Premium Spa Studios. Every room has air conditioning, balcony, remote controlled colour TVs, Sky TV, refrigerators, tea coffee making facilities, ensuites Premium Spa studios with large spa baths , Wirelss Broadband internet access is available in every room, iron and ironing boards, electric blankets, hairdryers, clock radios, mini-bars and plunger coffee. Microwaves, cots and highchairs are all available on request at no extra charge.

Directions

Park lane is in a superb takapuna location. We are conveniently located off the esmonde road exit from the southern motorway. Alternative transportation is by taxi or shuttle bus from auckland international airport, approximately a 35 minute drive. We are the closest large motel to devonport.
