Estorils most famous and legendary hotel, Palacio Estoril Hotel, Golf and Spa is a striking 1930s mansion with a fascinating history. Ian Fleming stayed here during World War II when international espionage was widespread in Estoril and spies often frequented the bar. Today, the ambience is one of a relaxing, yet sophisticated retreat where traditional hospitality is taken very seriously. Estoril is a seaside playground, and there is no better way to play than with a round of golf on the hotels own course close by. In the afternoon, visit Cascais Marina, take a boat trip along the coast or relax in the new Elements Spa by Banyan Tree. Estorils famed casino is a must, followed by a shaken martini in the hotel bar before dinner at The Four Seasons Grill. Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport At arrivals follow Entro (city centre), turn right and follow 2 circular for 6.7 km. Exit sign A5 Cascais-Crill, then follow Crill for 3.6 km, exit A5 Cascais. Follow A5 motorway for 18km, exit at sing No6-8 Estoril-Alcoitao. At first roundabout, follow the Estoril signpost. Follow until second roundabout then exit straight ahead and drive down (50 metres) Avenida d. uno alvares Pereira. Turn left into Avenida de Portugal for 800 metres. At small roundabout, turn right to Avenida de Nice for 200 metres then turn right and drive 20 metres. The hotel entrance is in front of you.
