Like the foresighted poet himself- this chef plays around with colours and images with audacity- turning each dish into a sensorial experience. The splendid view of Lake Bourget -Frances largest natural lake- could even awaken the poet in you. The property is closed for business during the year over the following dates- 14Nov10-4Dec10/ 02Jan11-27Jan11. From December 2010 to April 2011- hotel/restaurant closed on monday and tuesday.
