Clear lake is popular for fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, and water skiing. There are many local fishing guides to ensure your trip is a success. There is ample parking for boats, and the lakeview inn is just up the street from the boat launch. Alpine park is across the street, providing picnic tables and a great playground for the kids. Mt. Konocti is a volcano in lake county and can be seen from anywhere around the lake. Rising 4,305 feet, mt. Konocti rests on the south shore of clearlake. Mount konocti consists of numerous volcanic domes and cones ranging from 10,000 to 2.1 million years old. All rooms are located on the ground floor, and are decorated for your ultimate comfort. Amenities include free high speed internet access, a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and cable television.
