Property type vacation hotel year built 1973 year remodeled 2008 ratings stars 3 stars additional hotel description located in a quiet area with stunning views over zermatt just ten minutes walk from the centre. The hotel holiday is located only 200m from the sunegga funicular allowing for quick and easy access of the ski slopes. The rooms which were renovated in 2008 feature great views over the surrounding mountains and are decorated in an alpine style. The hotel restaurant is run by a french chef ex-student of paul bocuse and serves a variety of culinary delights. After dinner relax in the bar or enjoy the cosy lounge with open fire. Transfers from the train station are available for an extra cost. Distance to nearest ski lift or piste 200m

Directions

Driving directions to the property zermatt is a car-free resort. Access for private transport is only allowed as far as tasch 5 km from zermatt The road from tasch to zermatt is not open to public transport. There are open-air public car parks 1 800 spaces and covered private car parks 1 300 spaces in tasch. The covered car parks also have outside parking spaces and operate a taxi service to and from zermatt. Shuttle trains run every 20 minutes. There is a car park with free parking for 100 cars in visp 27km from zermatt for people travelling by train from here to zermatt.
