Whilst the Bistro des Ours gives a place of pride to local flavors in a cozy atmosphere- the chef invites you to savor a selection of early vegetables- milk-fed lamb- bass- sea bream- mullet- venison and other culinary treats in the gourmet restaurant. 5 star hotel- The property is closed for business during the year over the following dates April 20-June 12 2009 and October 15-December 1 2009. CLUB 5C- Hotel welcomes Relais and Chateaux Club 5C members with a VIP Welcome and a Discovery Privilege. Directions

Sion From SIR-Sion Airport it is 13mi north to the property. Follow Signs to Sierre via Motorway then Crans Montana. Once in the centre you must pass the Cafe Bar 1900 and Restaurant Raphaele-UBS-COOP. Hotel is located 500m on the left - just after Hotel LEtrier Geneve-Cointrin From GVA-Geneve-Cointrin Airport it is 113mi west to the property. Please contact the hotel directly for directions.
