THE IDEAL LOCATION IN WEIRS BEACH HALF MOON MOTEL COTTAGES A prime vacation spot for over a century-the Half Moon Motel Cottages are located where a grand hotel stood from 1880 until 1924 the New Hotel Weirs. Like long ago-the train station and cruise pier are very close nearby. Guests can enjoy swimming in the king-size pool-or at the public beach just a short walk down the boardwalk. Day or night-shopping-dining and amusements are steps away. From July 3rd through Labor Day-there s also free entertainment on the boardwalk fireworks-concerts-and square dancing. In early June-Weirs Beach is home to the world famous Laconia Motorcycle Week rally-3rd largest in the USA with 350-000 in attendance. Other events of significant interest to visitors include Nextel Cup races in July and September at the nearby New Hampshire International Speedway-and early Augusts Soul Fest at the nearby Gunstock recreation area. All units have a magnificent scenic view of Lake Winnipesaukee-and include CCTV-W/W carpeting-AC-heat-and access to an icemaker. The comfortable cottages all have cathedral ceilings-ceiling fans-and a shower. Large cottages have kitchenettes and either a Shared Balcony or a Screened-in Porch-while small cottages have refrigerators and an Open Porch. The modern motel units all have maid service and a full bath. Upper Balcony units may rent an optional full kitchen-while Lower Balcony units come with a refrigerator. Guests needing more space may rent a Large Two Room Cottage-which has one bedroom with one queen or king bed-and a living room with one or two double beds. Or-they may rent two adjacent Motel Upper Balcony units-which can be connected through the full kitchen-which is in-between the two units. Family operated since 1957-with friendly service and reasonable rates-the Half Moon Motel Cottages is the ideal location to stay in Weirs Beach. Property closed from 20OCT to 01MAY.

Manchester Airport MHT-Boston Regional Arpt-50MI N By car- There are two equally FAST ways- if you are driving from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport or the Boston Logan International Airport. Make your decision which way to go before you get to Concord- NH. The first route will take you past the Tanger Outlet Center in Tilton- while the second- past the New Hampshire International Speedway in Loudon. Each route takes about 45 minutes from Concord. 1 From Route 93 North in Concord- NH- stay on 93 until Exit 20- then go left and follow Route 3 North all the way to Weirs Beach. The outlet stores are on the left a short distance from the exit. Continue about 7 miles north- past Lake Winnisquam. Shortly after passing the Belknap Mall 603 524-5651 on your left- take a right onto the Laconia Bypass highway. Or instead- continue straight ahead to downtown Laconia- where there are a wide variety of fine shops and restaurants. When the highway ends- bear right. In about a mile- immediately after the Gilford Mobil Mart 603 524-8014 on the right- take a right. Follow Weirs Boulevard for 3 miles along Paugus Bay to Weirs Beach. 2 From Route 93 North in Concord- take Exit 15E to Route 393 East. In about 3 miles exit to Route 106 North. In about 10 miles you ll pass the speedway. In about another ten miles- while descending a hill you ll pass some car dealerships. Near the bottom of that hill take a right- joining Route 3 north onto the Laconia Bypass highway. Or instead- continue straight ahead to downtown Laconia- where there are a wide variety of fine shops and restaurants. Stay on route 3 north the rest of the way to Weirs Beach. When the bypass highway ends- bear right. In about a mile- immediately after the Gilford Mobil Mart 603 524-8014 on the right- take a right. The cruise boat pier and train station are directly across the street and a 1 minute walk. Boats can be rented at a marina on the boardwalk a 2 minute walk. Amusement arcades and a bumper car ride are under the same management as the hotel and are located on the same block as the hotel- a 1 minute walk away. Miniature golf is a 2 minute walk on the boardwalk.
