Directions

Driving directions to the property by car zurich airport - highway direction lucerne a4 - direction interlaken - a8 - exit sarnen nord - direction kerns - melchsee frutt - stockalp in summer melchsee-frutt can be reached by car but only at limited times. The mountain road stockalp - melchsee-frutt is open to public traffic from stockalp on the hour. For example the road opens for uphill traffic to melchsee-frutt from 10 00 am to 10 40 am and for downhill traffic to stockalp from 11 00 am to 11 40 am. Paid parking is available in melchsee-frutt free parking is offered in stockalp. We recommend to use the stockalp car park. In winter the high plateau of melchsee-frutt can only be reached with the stockalp melchsee-frutt aerial gondola. Free parking is available in stockalp and the gondola provides a smooth and comfortable ride to melchsee-frutt.
