Direction to the Property from Airport - Follow Route 376 East to exit 58 - Montour Run Rd. Follow the exit to the light. Go straight through the first light and move immediately in to the right-hand lane. Continue in the right lane at the Y past Wickes Furniture. At the next light - Market Place Blvd - make a left up the hill. We are close to Outback Steakhouse. Direction to the Property from East - N/A Direction to the Property from North - From Washington PA or Morgantown, WV Route 79 to exit marked 15 376 west airport. Follow 376 west, to exit 58 Montour Run Rd. Go straight at the first light. Follow Montour Run rd to the next light. Turn left Market Place Blvd - and make a left up the hill. We are next to Kmart and Outback Steakhouse. Direction to the Property from Other - From Downtown Pittsburgh. Take the Fort Pitt Bridge and Tunnel 376 West. After you pass Route 79 exit follow 376 west to exit 58 Montour Run Rd. Once off the exit, you will be at a traffic light. Follow straight through that light. You will come to a second light - Market Place Blvd - some up hill. We are next to Kmart and Outback Steakhouse. Direction to the Property from South - From Erie, PA or RT 80, Take I-79 to 60B marked Airport. Follow the road straight through the first light to 60 North. Follow for 4 miles. After you pass McDonalds and Dennys restaurants, move into the right lane. Stay in this lane past Dickas restaurant and bear to the right to exit and continue on 376 West. Take this to exit 58 Montour Run Rd. Go straight at the first light and make a left at the second light for Market Place Blvd. We are next to Kmart and Outback Steakhouse. Direction to the Property from West - From Philadelphia/Harrisburg. Follow the PA Turnpike - Route 76. Take exit 57 Marked Pittsburgh and follow RT. 376 west to Pittsburgh 12 miles to Fort Pitt Bridge and Tun
