The Oroville area is well know for its water recreation.We have the beautiful Feather River and Oroville Lake.Oroville Lake has on of the worlds largest earthfilled dams.Tours of the dam can be make by appointment.Oroville Lake also has some of the best fishing in the state of California.There are at least 2 pro touraments a year at the lake.The Oroville area is rich in history.The California gold rush started at Sutters Fort in Sacramento and worked its way to Oroville.

Direction to the Property from South - From Hwy 70 S take the Oro Dam Blvd. exit turning right on Oro Dam Blvd. Take the 1st left Feather River Blvd Property located .5 mile on right. Direction to the Property from West - Hwy-162 East, Exit on Feather River Blvd. Turn Left. Motel on Right about 1/4 Mile.
