The Hotel was constructed in 1998 and was remodeled in 2012. The Orlando/Maitland/Altamonte Springs Courtyard by Marriott is located in the Maitland Business Center. We are conveniently located off Interstate 4 and Maitland Boulevard. We are close to the Pembrook Commons, the Maitland Preserve, the Maitland Summit Park, and the RDV SportsPlex. We are 8 miles east of Downtown Orlando. We provide a complimentary shuttle service Mon-Fri to and from local businesses and restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. Directions

Direction to the Property from Airport MCO - Take State Road 436 north to the 408 toll road. Travel west on the 408 to Interstate 4 then east on Interstate 4 to exit 90B. Take exit 90B to merge onto FL-414W/Maitland Blvd. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Maitland Summit Blvd. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Pembrook Dr. Hotel will be on the right.
