The Hotel was constructed in 2003. The Courtyard by Marriott Bochum Stadtparks location directly at the Stadtpark Bochum and yet in close proximity to the bustling city center mirrors the regions versatility. The hotel in quiet surroundings is yet ideally located near highways A40/A43 and easily reachable by public transport. Once an industrial center the Ruhr has been transformed over the course of the last years and offers sites of industry culture as well as natural recreational areas like parks, gardens and lakes. Take a stroll through the old Stadtpark at our doors or go for a shopping trip at the nearby city center. The Ruhr area is still the place to be for leisure and business trips alike and the Courtyard by Marriott Bochum Stadtpark offers comfortable guest rooms with all amenities you need like our plushy Marriott bedding, air conditioning, HSIA and spacious working desks.

Direction to the Property from Airport CGN - From CGN airport take A59 direction Dortmund, change on A4 direction Dortmund, then change on A3 direction Dortmund, change on A1 direction Essen/Dortmund, then change on A43 direction Muenster/Bochum/Essen, change on A40 direction Essen, use exit Stadion/Ruhrcongress, then turn right into Gudrunstrasse. When you arrive the roundabout, leave it at the third exit. After app. 800 m you will find the hotel on the right handside. Direction to the Property from Airport DTM - From DTM airport take B1 direction Dortmund city, follow to the A40 for 11km direction Essen, use exit Stadion/Ruhrcongress, then turn right into Gudrunstrasse. Leave the roundabout at the third exit. After app. 800 m you will find the hotel on the right handside. Direction to the Property from Airport DUS - From DUS airport take A44 direction Dortmund, change on A52 direction Dortmund/Essen, then change on A40 direction Dortmund/Bochum, use exit Stadion/Ruhrcongress, follow the main road and turn right into Kuepperstrasse and at the end again right into the Klinikstrasse. You will find the hotel on the left hand side.
