from mht go west on airport rd. Stay straight on to brown ave., nh3a. Merge on to i 293 north to concord. Merge on to i 93 north to concord. Merge on to i 89 north to lebanon. Take exit 12, rte. 11 west toward sunapee. Turn left on to rte. 11, follow through newport in to claremont. Go past walmart, and then water street is on the right after ramuntos pizza. Inn and restaurant are on the right at 21 water street. - directions from the north take i91 south to exit 8. Turn left off ramp on to rte. 131 12 towards nh. Road turns in to rte. 103 12, follow in to claremont, 4.2 miles. After first stop light, look for water street on the left side of the road. 21 water street is on the left. - directions from the south take i91 north to exit 8. Turn right off ramp on to rte. 131 12 towards nh. Road turns in to rte. 103 12, follow in to claremont, 4.2 miles. After first stop light, look for water street on the left side of the road. 21 water street is on the left. - directions from the east take i 89 north. Take exit 12 new london sunapee. Turn left off ramp on to rte. 11 103, follow 10.8 miles in to newport. At small traffic circle, stay left and follow the signs to stay on rte. 11 103. Follow 9.5 miles in to claremont. After passing walmart on the right, you will continue on rte. 11 103. Turn right on water street, just before the claremont police and fire departments. 21 water street will be on your right
