The Chateau de la Bourdaisiere- owned by the Prince de Broglie- known as the Gardener Prince- is a marvellous illustration of ecological commitment. Close to the biggest chateaux in the Loire Valley- the hotel has some 25 rooms and 4 suites scattered over the estate. It has undergone an exemplary- ecologically sound refurbishment that enables visitors to reconcile rest- pleasure and awareness of the environmental challenges. To round it off- the Bar a Tomates invites guests to savour dishes made from the ingredients picked that same day.
