Spokane Intl Airport Start out going northeast on West Airport Road toward South Flint Road. Merge onto US-2 East. Merge onto I-90 East-US-2 East-US-395 North via the exit on the left toward Spokane. Take the US-2 North-US-395 North exit exit 281 toward Newport-Colville-Spokane Arena. Turn slight left onto South Division Street-US-2 East-US-395 North. Continue to follow US-2 East-US-395 North. Keep left at the fork to go on US-395 North. Pass through 1 roundabout. Turn right onto WA-25-Crossing into Canada-British Columbia. WA-25 becomes Provincial Route 22. Stay straight to go onto Provincial Route 3B.
