Direction to the Property from Interstate 95 North - Traveling south on I-95 use the right lane and take exit 362A for Interstate 295 S. Keep left to stay on I-295 S and follow for approximately 10 miles to exit 48 Florida 10/Atlantic Blvd and turn left and follow Atlantic Blvd east to Mayport Road. Direction to the Property from Interstate 95 South - Traveling north on I-95 use right lane to take exit 337 for Interstate 295 N toward Interstate 10/Orange Park and Jax Beaches. Keep right at fork and follow signs for Jax Beaches to merge onto I-295. Take exit 48 Florida 10/Atlantic Blvd turn right to merge onto Atlantic Blvd and follow signs for Neptune Beach/Atlantic Beach.
