The hotel lot and floor area respectively totals about 1,060 sqm and 4,055 sqm. It is approximately 50 meter tall, a 9-floor building made of marble and limestone for outside. It has 40 rooms, with three elevators (including staff-only one), a restaurant and parking lot accommodating 30 units. The number of rooms is 40, which are classified into four group- deluxe double(40 sqm), junior suite (60 sqm), twin suite (60 sqm)and royal suite (90 sqm). Every room is equipped with shower booth, bath tub, separate toilet, refrigerator, closet, 43-inch flat TV, a king-size bed, tea table, sofa, coffee pot and portable flash. Lobby at every floor has an extinguisher and two emergency exits. And, there is a front desk and a business center at the ground floor which opens 24 hours. And the restaurant is located at 9th floor, which is about 90 sqm and has 12 4-seat tables, and buffet line served with basic American breakfast, 4 side dish including kimchi, and 6 main cuisine tinged with Korean fusion style. It opens only for breakfast serving from 7 AM till 9 AM. Free airport pick-up service is available for longer than 5-day stay and more than 2 guests, but depending upon the hotel's physical condition, there could be an exception, so please inquire us first.
