The Hotel was constructed in 1995 and was remodeled in 2003. Our 100 non-smoking hotel is minutes from the Des Moines International Airport and downtown Des Moines and offers an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, Gift Shop, Arcade, Recreation Room, Fitness Room, laundry facilities and a business center as well as free parking, continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, and airport shuttle service. All guest rooms include a mini-refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron, coffee/tea station, telephone and 32 inch flat screen television with satellite channels. Our hotel also has over 4,000 square feet of meeting space and catering packages.
