Dolphin Watching -Port Stephens is the Dolphin Capital of Australia. The 160 or so resident bottle nose dolphins are constantly working their way around the waterway either playing in groups or trawling for fish. While you are staying on the waterfront at Anchorage Port Stephens you may be lucky enough to spot these majestic residents.
